This two-day course looks at the responsibilities and possibilities of the role as Women's Contact Officer within a Sub Branch.
Objectives
As women members still face the gender pay gap, disproportional caring responsibilities and are less represented in leadership structures - there is still work to be done.
As a Women's Contact Officer, attending this training will increase your knowledge regarding policy and procedures that women can access to improve their working lives and consider a range of topics that impact women workers and how you can make a difference!
Travel support and TRT vouchers (if replaced) are available for this course.
