Details:
This program is designed for teachers who have just been appointed to their first leadership role or are aspiring to a leadership role.
The program will cover the basic skills required when moving into a formal leadership position in a school.
The presenter will cover:
- the transition from teacher to a formal leadership role
- ideas for building a team culture
- setting goals for yourself and the team you are leading.
Participants will be sent details prior to the course date regarding hot to log on to the course as well as tech support for this national event.
