Hot topics for you:
- Is workload your key issue? This session will look at key areas of a staffing shortage crisis and how that impacts on workload in early childhood education. Come with ideas about how you would ease the pressure to fix the shortage crisis.
- Rainbow connection - how we survive and sometimes thrive. Advice from EC peer panel.

Our goals for the day:
- Participants leave our event filled with purpose for change and motivated to continue in Early Years Education by connecting with their union the AEU 
- Supporting AEU members  in EC - in wellbeing, with workload and to network together.

Workshop Choices:
- Working with Adults in Small Groups: A session focused on considering team dynamics and your role within them. 
- Art for Mindfulness: A relaxed session asking you to consider your own ‘flow’ and connect with art and mind breaks
