Part of the AEU SA Support Staff Week learning series. Are you eligible for conversion to permanency? Not sure or don’t know how it works?  The AEU conversion to permanency action for SSOs and ECWs is on! There is a unique process for AEWs and this session will cover both processes.

If you’re keen to be involved and find out more about how to work with the members at your school or preschool to seek conversion to permanency, here’s what you can do: register now and find out more about what and how in a supportive support staff online environment!

Please note: This will be a very honest session. There are criteria that need to be met and steps to follow. Not everyone will be eligible and even if you are, you may not be converted. But union members know that together we achieve results!
