“The National Reconciliation Week 2020 theme reinforces that we all have a role to play when it comes to reconciliation, and in playing our part we collectively build relationships and communities that value Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, histories and cultures,” Karen Mundine, Reconciliation Australia
The AEU SA Branch reaffirm our commitment to reconciliation and invite members and potential members to join us for this powerful day of learning and reconnection.
Our keynote session involves Dr Lynette Riley engaging participants in an experiential learning session on Aboriginal kinship systems, how they govern relationships and the impact of colonisiation.
Further sessions involve proactive measures to further reconciliation personally and professionally.
In this together.
