We explore changes in the 2020 Enterprise Agreement that impact the Personnel Advisory Committee in schools.

This member update session is not the official joint AEU SA/DfE PAC training as this training is currently being negotiated. This AEU SA member update is an 'in-house' (online) session for members of the AEU to ensure they can utilise new PAC processes to consult with AEU members at their site and participate effectively on PAC. 

All AEU members are welcome to attend this online forum.

Please note: Zoom breakout rooms may be used. Breakout rooms are most effective if there is one person per device and you have access to video.


Ensure AEU members who hold positions on PAC have up to date information regarding the Enterprise Agreement and PAC consultative processes.

Participants will be able to (objectives):
* Identify effective methods of consultation
* Discuss changes in the new Enterprise Agreement
* Articulate actions required within their Sub-Branch
