Join us for a guided meditation to encourage resilience and calm during this difficult time. Members have been on the frontline, and we will be called on to support students and community in the following months is variety of ways.
This 30 mins guided meditation is a way of us being able to share space in a safe way and to try meditation as a way of getting us through together.
This session will be run by Zoom and you can select to have your video on or off during this time.
Tina Gibson will host us. Tina is from Adelaide Mindfulness .
