The AEU is trialing this course to gain feedback from our member principals about whether the course should be included in our professional development program. The course is being run by an organisation called Maybo Safer Children, an international specialist consultancy in dealing with external client conflict. This workshop is highly interactive, offering unique models to provide practical solutions for assessing risk as it unfolds and on how to signal non-aggression which creates personal space. the training is supported by a detailed participant workbook. |
