The AEU is conducting a short survey of members with the classification of Coordinator. The AEU is undertaking this survey to develop a system-wide assessment of the classification level of Coordinators by location, school type, principal classification and student enrolment.

We are interested in how many leadership functions Coordinators are undertaking as this is a key contributor to the complexity of the role and to workload.

The results of this survey will inform the AEU’s submission to the current Review of Teachers and Leaders Work, the development of Coordinator Position Information Documents and preparation of the union’s claim for the next round of Enterprise Bargaining.
