Arbitration Update - Leadership

The AEU and DECS have been meeting regularly since Decision 1 was handed down by the Commission on 10 February 2010 in relation to leadership classification and structure. 

Whilst not addressing every issue that we face, negotiations have resulted in many improvements to the range of leadership classifications.
