Who must complete this training?

The online training is a prerequisite to the face to face training. The face to face training is mandated for all PAC members.

Additionally, all school and preschool staff members, in particular proxy PAC members, are encouraged to complete this training as part of their contribution to supporting effective decision making at the local level in human resource management.

Details:

The Department for Education and Child Development and the Australian Education Union, in conjunctionwith the Public Service Association, have developed face to face training for the Personnel Advisory Committee (PAC) .

This follows the PAC online training. Only those who have completed the online training are eligible to enrol in the face to face session.

Please note: AEU members (only) will be invited to stay for a short (15 minutes) session after the face to face training in order to consider a quality AEU/PAC consultation plan. You will not need to register for this session seperately.
