The 2012 AEU Women’s Conference will be held on Friday 15 and Saturday 16 June at the AEU on Greenhill Road. The theme for this year is Stand Proud, Stand Your Ground.

The Keynote speaker is Emma Grey a Life Balance specialist and Director of Worklife Bliss.  Through a suite of innovative concepts and tools, Emma offers practical solutions to the modern challenge of ‘having it all’.  

Emma holds a BA (Hons), Graduate Diploma in Education and Advanced Practitioner certificates in Coaching, Training and NLP.  She is a published author, speaker and freelance journalist.

Her book, Wits End Before Breakfast! Confessions of a Working Mum (Lothian, 2005), was reviewed as ‘fresh, witty, hilarious, sharply-observed and relentlessly truthful.’ 

Emma writes regularly on a range of social issues in the national media, including for Mia Freedman’s ‘Mamamia’, The Punch, Australian Women Online and HerCanberra

She has been profiled as a life-balance expert in various publications, including the Melbourne Age, Good Health Magazine, The Canberra Times, The Herald Sun, The Courier Mail, The Sun Herald, Adelaide Today and OK! Magazine.

This year’s conference will also include professional and wellbeing workshops, whole of conference activities and guest speaker panels.
