Cultural leave for Aboriginal employees

The current Certified Agreement provides that a maximum of 15 days special leave with pay per year may be approved top allow Aboriginal people to meet cultural responsibilities. This may cover funeral business, ceremonial obligations, attendance at community meetings, participation in activities on cultural national days and family obligations.
