Rally on November 25 against adult re-entry cuts
17-11-2010
Protests against Kevin Foley's State Budget cuts will move to Michael O'Brien's office in Elizabeth next week where students, staff and unions will rally against the cuts to adult re-entry education.
Adult re-entry education is facing severe cuts as a result of Kevin Foley's incredibly unpopular State Budget, which places age restrictions on enrolments, effectively preventing adults over the age of 21 from attending senior secondary schools.

Decisions like this, along with cuts to country hospitals and the now overturned cuts to the Parks Community Centre show that the State Government has lost touch with the things that matter to South Australians – the provision of high quality public education, health care and other community services.
Come to the office of Michael O'Brien MP on November 25 to send Mike Rann and Kevin Foley a simple message:
Don't close the door and adult re-entry!
Date: Thursday November 25
Time: 1.15pm
Place: 50 Elizabeth Way, Elizabeth
