After two years of enterprise bargaining, member action and arbitration, the AEU delivered pay increases ranging from 14.25% and 21.3% to AEU members in early 2010 (backdated to October 1 2009).
The best State Government offer to AEU members after more than a year of negotiations was 9.75% – well below CPI.
The third and final installment of the three-year deal will be paid to members from the first pay period commencing on or after October 1, 2011 (October 14).
